So after more than 2 months break due to a coccyx injury then flu and bronchitis I am finally going to attempt to run again! Soo excited, going to try week 1 today (I was in week 8 when I took a break) it's taken a long time to get to a point where I feel ready to try again, fingers crossed!

Just take it nice and steady coming back from injury. You don't want to trigger any setbacks.

Good for you! Take it nice and gently, and am sure it will all be fine. Starting at week 1 again is a grand idea. I am also having a gentle build up to 30 mins again after a hamstring injury, and it just feels SO good to get out there again. The joy! x
