I competed c25k in June 2021 and continued regularly doing 5k . Then a knee problem stopped me from running. I’m back again, having recovered. Although this time I’m on the treadmill and started at week 3, it’s so good to be doing it again!

Great to have you here! You know all the right things to do and that you’re more than capable of finishing. Hope your knees behave themselves. I’m also on my way back up again after some knee/hip issues so understand the frustrations of having been a bit derailed! Wishing you lots of luck on this part of your running journey ❤️🏃♀️💪

Oh well done! I just started again at Week 3 yesterday. I wasn’t injured (apart from a few weeks ago when I overdid it and had a sore hip) but I was ill at Christmas and couldn’t run for months. It does feel good to be doing it again, I’ll follow you so we can match our progress 😊

Absolutely right! It certainly feels good to be back and doing something we love. Even though I loved running outside, I have to stick with the treadmill for now and see how the knee is. So far so good! No pain whatsoever. Hope all goes well, happy running!
