Well after 5 years abstinence I am back on c25k. When lock down happened I gave up running, not planned but did.Was going to restart a while back but was tired, did it once and gave up! Not good. But now older and wiser and a few reminders from the doctors (T2D). and my wife having two major medical issues, stroke, which led to finding out she needed a heart valve replacement I have woken up to why I did C25K before. So as a graduate I am back, just completed week 2 and loving it again, not easy as totally unfit again, but the run memory is coming back and am pushing myself again all be it a bit slower than last time.

Well done T2R ... It's great coming back to a programme that you have confidence in ... I just redid it myself finishing just before Christmas. This time you can have more belief in yourself as you know how it works. Go for it 👍

Good to see you back here again... yes, I am still here, still slow and steady... do check out the pinned post just as a refresher, and maybe ease back on the pushing yourself..?

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You have had quite a time of it , so be kind yourself... and take it gently.

Many, many of us, including me, * more than once), have repeated the programme or parts of it,,, I am building back to full strength after issues with Mr OF. You know what it involves, you know you can od it... like a comfy chair, just ease back in and enjoy.

Do please keep posting your runs too, it is so useful for you and for our new runners!

Well done to you!
