Well after 5 years abstinence I am back on c25k. When lock down happened I gave up running, not planned but did.Was going to restart a while back but was tired, did it once and gave up! Not good. But now older and wiser and a few reminders from the doctors (T2D). and my wife having two major medical issues, stroke, which led to finding out she needed a heart valve replacement I have woken up to why I did C25K before. So as a graduate I am back, just completed week 2 and loving it again, not easy as totally unfit again, but the run memory is coming back and am pushing myself again all be it a bit slower than last time.
