Still getting out there and going for it but those extra 3 minutes feel like hell. Today I could only do 18 mins 20 seconds! But I also blame that on not getting a dinner break in work yesterday and have since been brewing a migraine.
Try again tomorrow! :/

Hey hey I think you'll find week 8 run 2 practice runs are very 'in' today! Really hope you don't have a migraine or that you at least recover soon. Nice work just getting out there despite lack of dinner break and brewing migraine... but...
should you not wait until Friday for next try? Rest days, rest days!
I've been thinking about how this programme is about so much more than running and the biggest thing that springs to mind is discipline. Lots of people are trying to do something alongside this like healthy eating or quitting smoking, and then lots of people also often need motivation to get out there and keep pushing on with the runs. Then there's those who maybe need the discipline to take their rest days... (for which you might need to read: days where I can do non-impact exercise, doesn't mean you have to literally rest, though nothing gets you quite the hit once you're addicted eh..!)
I really wanted to run this evening as I feel quite angry and want to clear my mind, but I won't!
Perhaps for the best. I find when I'm angry I try and go faster or push harder and then struggle, and then get angrier because I'm struggling. There's nothing that balances you more than a walk in the rain though.
