Last week, I took few 4 days off due to heel pain but managed to get back to running last night.
I managed to do W6R2 last night and now I feel like I’m getting a cold. Now I’ll have to take another break, probably a lot longer as I can’t do anything when I’m like this.
I guess I’m little frustrated as usually when things start going wrong, I’ll give up.
Any advice to keep motivation going while taking a break.

Don't be so hard on yourself. If you have a week off it won’t make the slightest difference to your fitness, and you can carry on when you’re well again. Take it easy. It may be running, but it isn’t a race.
Maybe go out for a walk when you would normally run, just to keep you in the routine? Doesn't have to be strenuous especially if coming down with a cold, but just to keep you going out the front door x
When I got back from hols and was out of my routine, a few days of catching up with forum posts had me strapping on my trainers x
Was a bit frustrated last night but I’ve taken your advice and decided to stick with my routine of walking until I can get back into the program tonight. I’m more upbeat compared to last night
