Finally completed week 1. Took much longer than expected. Was over keen and tore ligamints in my knees. I could not put weight on my knees and started weights instead. Today I completed week 1 after starting it again. Truly felt I could have gone longer and keen to start week two

Congratulations on starting C25K, but to avoid further injuries take further runs slower. Onwards and upwards to week 2
