Unfortunately I was unwell and only managed to get to W3R2.I have re-ran W3R2 and W3R3.

I'm not sure if I should do an other W3 run or now go to W4?

If you have missed a week, do you start a full week again?

Sorry about you being unwell Dog_mum, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to at any time, if you feel better then go on to week 4.

Sory to hear you were unwell. Yes, As Al says, you can repeat any of the runs if you wish, but if you've only missed one week I feel it would be fine for you to move on, providing you're back to full fitness.

Which would make you feel better in terms of your running? Repeating a run or moving on? Of course if you do move on and don't complete that won't be a disaster, you can just try again.

I think I might just do one more W3 Saturday, just to finish the week off. Monday's are good for new beginnings 😁

Thank you for your helpful advice ❤️❤️

Good thinking. You know, I've done the programme 3 or 4 times, and sometimes even now redo runs.

Hi Dog_mum - hope you are feeling better. I asked much the same question a short while back and received some useful advice (you may be able to find it). If for one reason or another I can't get out to "finish" a week and it has only been a week or a week and a bit since I last ran, I usually go back and just do the last run again. If I feel comfortable I simply move on. You will be surprised at what your body can do, I think. There is no shame in returning to runs. I've just gone from 7 back to 4 as I know 5 and 6 are quite "useful" shall we say 🤫 weeks and I hadn't run since the beginning of June owing to huge huge blisters on my feet from my walking boots. Have fun!

Your choice but if you feel you would like to just repeat that Run 3 and start afresh after the weekend... then using at as a dress rehearsal sounds just fine to me:)

Well done you x
