Well I honestly didnt think I was getting through this evenings run even with the new improved playlist ! But slower than ever on last 2 and a half mins and it's done. Week 5 here I come ! Those terrible demons at the start of this new running outside regime are still whispering in my ear that this is too hard...I just turned my music up. I will do this. I can do this. And repeat !

You can do it- it feels like a big jump at the end of week 5 but the plan has prepared you. Trust the plan, if you follow it it does get you ready for everything it asks you to do.
