Week4 has come and gone and completed this morning with a littel struggle for the 1st half then settled and pushed on to complete the runs and a clenched fist and "Yes i did it" no one was around haha normally I am the shy retiring type
Well next week will be a milestone in 2 ways , Wednesday will be exactly 8 months of non smoking and Thursday I will be half way through C25K Now those a 2 things i never thought i would say in 1 sentence Not bad for a 56yr old ex lazy git !!
Well done Rob... just done mine... feels good doesn't it, especially sat on the sofa now with a coffee and a sausage bap!!! Well done also on the fags as well... I gave up few years ago and it does seem unthinkable now. I think that week 5 will be interesting especially the last 20 min run ... but hey ho!!

That is so laudable - you are an example to us not-so-slow-Rob. I bet you smell a lot better now as well. It's funny now that we live in a virtually smoke free society (hurrah) you really notice when someone has just had a fag - horrible. And you will be so much richer too - are you saving up the fag money for something else, or just paying the mortgage?
Thanks so much for the very kind words useit Like you i can smell them a mile off now and yeah they stink !! The money is going towards a New laptop or tablet for me and an Xbox One for my son , To be honest i don't know how I afforded to smoke in the first place!!
