Woke up to beautiful bright blustery autumn morning which made me feel glad that I'd put off the pavement pounding I'd originally planned for yesterday evening and could run across fields instead today.
However the homeward strait was into the wind and slightly uphill and made for a really tough last 5 minutes.
There was certainly no giving it any extra in the last minute (sorry Laura!). More like a shambolic stagger to the end. And I needed to use my asthma inhaler after the cool down for the first time in ages.
Probably the hardest 25 minute run I've done. Still Wk7 is done. 😊
And if I can run 25 minutes I can run 28 right?????

Good, glad you’re ok & it’s amazing how everything improves as we carry on this journey....I just need to mix it up a bit & take on board all the advice I’ve had from my lovely running family...it’s easy to get dependant on the app & having structure but when that’s gone & it’s up to you it can be a bit tricky...thank you
I get what you mean - I'm already a bit worried how I might cope when (if) I get to graduation. I like a bit of a schedule and already feel a bit dependant on Laura. Have considered doing the run without the podcast a few times but always chickened out ... maybe next week.
Look forward to hearing about your next fabulous run 😊
