Well, I wasn't expecting 25 minutes when I put my headphones on this morning!!!😲. Blimey that was a tough run for me. My upper body and breathing felt good but my legs were like lead weights!! But somehow I shuffled along for the full 25 minutes!
Onto week 7 next week.... I really can't believe how far I've come! Just love this programme ❤️
