Well, I wasn't expecting 25 minutes when I put my headphones on this morning!!!π². Blimey that was a tough run for me. My upper body and breathing felt good but my legs were like lead weights!! But somehow I shuffled along for the full 25 minutes!
Onto week 7 next week.... I really can't believe how far I've come! Just love this programme β€οΈ
If it is a bit of an effort, then you need to pull back a little. Make sure you maintain a steady pace in the longer runs and keep up the stamina and strength exercises on your rest days
