Well that’s week six done!
And I’m so proud of myself!
I had to motivate myself to get out and do it but I’m so glad I did.
First 5 mins was a struggle (that’s because I think my mind was telling my body I CBA!) But then got into it and was fine. Last 2 mins or so was a issue yet by then I knew I was at the finish.
6 weeks ago 25 seconds was a challenge in itself but now 25 minutes today was a challenge ( more mental) but done!
Mega proud of myself!
