Week 6

So bad at posting my progression but I have just finished the 25 minute run on Week 6! Can’t believe I’ve made it this far! I’m officially a runner and gosh it feels good! To say 6 weeks ago I could barely run 30 seconds and now I can run for 25 minutes! Never did I ever think I’d be able to say that. Bring on week7!

Does anyone have any advice? 🙏🏻

Doesn’t sound like you need any to be honest!!!

Seriously, from someone scheduled to do W2R2 tomorrow, that’s very impressive.

I can’t imagine running for 25 mins straight at the moment, let alone 30 in week 9, so your progress definitely inspires me, and reinforces that the program works.

Congratulations!!!

Wow! I’m only on week 1 so amazing to hear how you’ve done, very inspiring.

Sorry now to hit you with the 20 questions ........ 😂

Do you do anything else as well?

How often do you run, is it just 3 times in a calendar week?

Best of luck for week 7! 👍

So, to begin with I used to double my runs (6 times a week due to asthma) just to train my lungs almost! Now I just do the 3 runs! Along with this I do weight training, daily walks and rowing as I am trying to loose weight! I’ve lost 1st 1 pound in 6 weeks so far!

Best of luck- you’ve got this!
