Week 6 complete!

On my second attempt at run 3 I slowed down a lot, pace was 8:59/km today, and managed to complete the full 25 minutes! Did get a stitch about 10 minutes in but it wasn't so bad that I needed to stop. Just not looking at week 7 yet, 25 minutes seems about my limit at the moment!

I found it OK after week 6.

Just do what you're doing and it will feel in practically no time you'll be graduating! 😸👏👏👏🏆
