I was a little anxious with this run considering how hard I found week 5 run 3. But I actually found it easier than the 20 minutes! I have found the other runs this week a lot better which I think has prepared me for tonight’s 25 minutes 😁 I took everyone’s advice on here and slowed my pace right right down to the point I don’t think I could have gone any slower and just focussed on my podcast and breathing 😁 so chuffed right now!!

I found exactly the same, hated w5r3 but slowed right down for Week 6 and really enjoyed it
