Wk 8 r3

This one was much harder than run 2 which I found really easy. I think a mixture of being tired to start with and mentally not quite there hampered me.

I did it though and now I've only got week 9 to go!

I'd normally run Saturday, Monday and Wednesday as it fits in well with work but I'm taking my daughter to uni on Saturday so I'll probably run Sunday, Wednesday then Saturday which means I'll have more time to recover 😀

Sounds like a plan, hope week 9 goes well, nearly there.

Brilliant! Well done you for going out... slow and steady does it!!!

The podium is getting closer:)

I'm definitely needing more recovery time now! Extra days seem wise.

Well done. You are nearly there. Some runs are harder than others, even if its the same run just on a different day.

An extra rest day sounds just the ticket!
