Ran for a whole thirty minutes this morning, although I know it is not graduation time yet, that will come on Saturday, just to do it and feel pretty good after it was well worth the effort of the last 9 weeks. (Had a week setback early on due to a sore Achilles). Still Saturday will be great, have already asked my wife if she will be at the finishing line in the park to welcome me in, just got the look that said not at silly o'clock in the morning! Run 2 on Wednesday and then the big finish on Saturday. Woop woop!

Well done! You're in shouting distance now - I'm just behind you (w8r3 yesterday) and it's such a good feeling. Enjoy your last two undergrad runs! :-)

Good luck for Saturday Mat, hope you have a great run. Doing a parkrun? That's a great way to graduate! :-)

Unfortunately I work every Saturday so I have to run before work which means I miss out on the park run. I will do one in a couple of months time when I have some leave from work betting need to improve my times before I take part in a park run. Don't want to be the old slow duffer in the pack lol

That's a shame Mat, don't worry about the time, just enjoy! First one establishes your Personal Best and gives you a target to beat.

Something to look forward to!

Well done Mat. No stopping you now.

I thought about doing the same as you but kinda chickened out. So my first Parkrun on Saturday will be my first run after graduation.
