I ran for 5 minutes!! I had been struggling in Week 3 because of being on holiday in the heat (but proud that I went out for two runs while away). Now back in the UK, went for a rainy run yesterday and managed to run the whole thing with not too much huffing and puffing. When Jo Whiley said 60 seconds to go on the last one, I even speeded up a little as I felt like I had some energy left. I'm going to hold on to this feeling as I expect there will be some tough times ahead...

Fantastic, and definitely hold on to the feeling, and remember it if you have a toughie. Well done for getting out twice when you were on holiday. I love tourist runs. :-)

I've just finished W4, it does seem strange finding out you can actually run/jog for 5 minutes, the last time I jogged for any length of time was about 4 years ago, I did a Cooper test, 12 minutes keep moving see how far you can go. It tool me ages to build up to it but I wasn't doing C25K as I though it was not for me, how wrong I was.

Well done, keep it going.
