W4R1 done!

Writing to give hope. Life has happened since starting C25K. Boyf away, had to run alone. Completed W4R1 yest. Really had to push through, a couple of times thought I could not go on, but I DID. I really had to push through, at times I was convinced I would have to walk. Somehow I got through. Michael helped A LOT. Not sure how I will cope with W4R2 as yest was very hard, but taking it a day at a time.

Thanks all for your support

Very well done! This is the thing, the programme is challenging but it's all about overcoming those challenges, one at a time. You're doing great, keep up that mental strength and determination! 🤗

Hi lostgirl....some of the runs are there to challenge us & boy do they do that sometimes??!!!! Digging deep & slowing down are the key...you have come a long way but still have a way to go but if you carry on pushing just like you have with this run you will NAIL IT & don't let those gremlins tell you otherwise!! Get some good music in your ears, listen to Mr Smooth & enjoy it

Thanks MummyCav - will try 😀

The hard runs are often the best ones, but we only see that in hindsight...

Mr Smooth will see you through, as will you yourself!

A step, a run, a day at a time it will get you there
