I did it! Thanks to all those who advised to try it as was thinking about repeating week 3. No need. I'm so pleased I went for it, I slowed right down going up a hill on a new route so will avoid that on Friday to keep a good pace. I'm actually beginning to feel like a runner so onwards n upwards! 😊
