W4R1 Done!

Well, I actually managed it! Developed a monster of a stitch halfway through and thought I was going to die, but I kept running, and then Laura said those magical words "You've been running for 4 minutes," and it seemed pointless to stop then... Proud to have finished all my runs, and actually once the stitch went, I was fine for the rest of the run Definitely noticing an improvement in my fitness (stitches notwithstanding... xD) too, which is great. So, yup, pretty positive run all round on the whole (which is definitely an improvement, given how I was last week... Sorry about that guys ^-^"). Only a couple of downsides/things I need to remember:

1. If it's been raining most of the day, definitely worth checking the weather forecast before going for the run... Managed to finish and then got stuck in a torrential downpour during my warm down walk, which was not ideal, and which leads me onto...

2. White shirts are not a good idea, especially when you own a purple sports bra... xD Still, I gave some random woman (who was very sensibly dressed in a thick coat and with an umbrella) a chuckle about it
