Can I get a WooHoo!!! So I posted last week about my 'I can't possibly do week 4' mental attitude and was spurred on by all you lovely peeps . So much so in fact, that whilst getting my kit on this morning I didn't even contemplate the enormity of what I was about to undertake! I am pleased to report that W4 terrifies me no more. I did it, and what's more I did it with some left in the tank! My lungs weren't trying to break through my chest wall and I had recovered my breathing in about 20 seconds after the final run. I tried to breathe on 3 steps again, and found my breathing changing to 4 on the final run. This is great news for me as I have seasonal asthma this time of year! Winston was as ever faithfully by my side, and he's not nearly puffing as much either. My new mantra is 'Run like you're sponsored by Nike' ...xx

Which run is half way? There's no way I'll be turning back! We'll be holidaying at North Ledaig at the beginning of June and I want to be able to run around 'the block' which is 5.4 miles...xx
Thank you so much, feeling a bit " flat " the last couple of days ,but that's only normal I suppose. I am going for a run tomorrow so that should lift my spirits hopefully xxx
Doesn't get any easier, you just learn to live with it. One day you'll be able to think of your mam without being so so sad, and just relish the memories you made together...xx
