Well done ff doesn't location make a huge difference? Mixing it up stops it becoming boring. Good luck next time out - me and Mr Smooth are with you all the way. Notice how me and him are becoming a couple?π°π»π₯

Huge difference .... it's stunning. I followed the river and the sun shone all the way.Chicken soup for the soul! Bit like Mr Smooth it sounds πππ½ββοΈ
Will be up in Scotland next week so looking forward to the same experience. As long as I can shake off horrible cold and minor knee issue by then. Still amazed at how annoying I find it not to be able to run. A few months ago I would have jumped on any excuse not to.

It's stunning ... I would run outside all the time if I lived here. Hope your cold disappears and your knee heals before then. We've definitely caught the running bug it appears. Good luck and enjoy the Scottish air!
