A couple of days ago I posted on here due to the trepidation I felt toward the infamous W5R3 20 minute run. I got fantastic support. This morning was the day. I am really pleased to report, I did it. I found it easier in many ways to the 2x8 minute runs I did a couple of days ago, how weird. I kept it slow (my only speed) and just plodded, I didn't care about anything other than completing it.
When I first saw what I was expected to do, I thought there had been a mistake, that the app was wrong. If you are due to do it soon trust the program, you can do it and you will feel awesome.
