I did it!

Yay, I did it! I actually ran 5K in the Race for Life today at Burghley Park, Stamford and I didn't stop to walk once. There were 2,500 people taking part and my friend and I ran it together and encouraged each other and we only went and did it! And to think that nine weeks ago I struggled to run for a minute. I'm so proud. If anyone is struggling with the programme, please keep going, you will get there and the feeling you get when you do is just amazing. I am so happy! Thanks for your support everyone. I want to attach some pictures, how do I do that? x

Underneath the text box when writing a post there is a "button" to add a photo. I wait with baited breath :)

  • Thanks very much. I thought I remember seeing a button to add photos but it seems to have disappeared from my wall. I'll keep searching! x
