I almost put today off. I had the wind, really bad hayfever and a long day at work against me, but I forced myself out. It was one of my toughest runs yet, and I thought about giving up several times, but I pushed on through and I DID IT!!
10 weeks ago I couldn’t run for a bus and now look at me! I’m going to spend the next couple of weeks consolidating before slowly building up to 5K, as I’m reaching about 3.5K at the minute. After that, who knows! 10K anyone?
