Took me 9 months instead of 9 weeks but I did it!!!!

Today is the day I made it. Started this journey almost 9 months ago, due to health issues etc had a break of 4 months at one point but was able to go straight in to W3. Have missed runs, repeated runs etc. If any of you are struggling out there, don't be disheartened, don't think because you have missed a couple of runs, weeks, months even, that it is all over. Keep trying you CAN do it! I am 60, overweight, asthmatic and have never run before, couldn't even do the full minute on my first run. Keep the faith x

Lots of people graduating today. Each has done it there own way and each should be really proud. Doesn’t matter how long it took, you got there. Well done 👍
