Just done my first run of week 3. Discovered this is much shorter than other weeks! Did my usual route and was finished a good distance from my house! Is there any other weeks like this and is it naughty I slipped in another 2 min run after I finished just to get home quicker?

I've just done the same run and discovered I too covered LESS distance than in week 2 which surprised me as it's the same time running just in different size blocks. Maybe we are pacing ourselves slower?
Can someone who has progressed beyond this week comment?

Week 3 is the shortest session. If you go to healthunlocked.com/couchto5... there is spreadsheet of the plan, showing all the timings........... although some would say don't look ahead, just handle the next run.
Adding on a couple of minutes at the end, if you are feeling good, will probably do no harm, but I have just replied to someone who almost doubled their run duration in one session and is now paying the price. Be warned.
