W3R1 distance??????

Morning just completed W3R1 and I'm so confused. I didn't cover anywhere near the distance I did in weeks 1 and 2. Did Michael feel sorry for me and tell me I was finished even though I wasn't. I am no Usain Bolt but I'm sure I run faster than I walk 🙄.

You're right! The total time in week 3 is less.

That confused me as well until I looked at the length of the sessions and yes, week 3 is shorter.

Trust the programme. You don’t have as many breaks and your intervals are longer.

Just follow the plan. and know too that sometimes when you have graduated, you will run the same run, the same route and get further or less far... some runs are like that.

You are doing just fine:)

Slow and steady is the mantra and you will be amazed where it will take you :)
