Covering less distance?

So just done first run of week 3 - is it normal to cover less distance than in week 2?

Thanks Paula - just felt like if I can walk further whats the point but I guess I just stick with the programme and see what happens. Good luck with week 3!

Running uses different muscles to walking. You've been walking for a good few years (I guess) but you are only just learning to run πŸ˜€. Stick with the programme, it works, and take it slooooow and steady. That way you will complete in style and uninjured.

Hahaha! Genuinely laughing out loud ! I think my style is more clumsy marionette puppet ..

Exactly the same for me - but then back up slightly in week 4!
