How is everyone finding W4?

Last week I thought it unachievable but I'm managing it ... just ! Never gets easier but I'm doing it . Already thinking about Wk5 & the doubts start all over again 🙄

I think all of us have gone into each week thinking we are not going to be able to do it by each of us does.

Believe in the program, it really does work and most of all believe in yourself 👍😀

I'm amazed I am managing it! Still wishing away the final minute, but the reality is we're doing 7 more minutes of running since this time last week. I was really worried about the step up this week but being able to cope with it has given me confidence that next week will be manageable. I still can't believe I'm enjoying this!

Yes I noticed the step up, but I just tell myself that everyone on here is going through it or has already done it and that keeps me going- R2 tomorrow morning 😁
