Wk4 R3 tick!!!
Well done Polly, you know you can do week 5, I'm doing week 5 run 2 tomorrow evening. We've got this. πππ
Don't over think it, trust the program and you'll be fine. Oh, yes, and enjoy yourself.
Polly you know the answer don't you? No way you can stay at W4, read IannodaTruffe brilliant response yesterday to a post. Don't be scared, be prepared and then do it. You've got this far and you will go a lot further
I'm dreading it too, but looking forward to it at the same time. (I must be a masochist lol). I'm curious to see if I can do it. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
We've got this far....
Roll on Tuesday π
Top you. I still have one to do
Well done Polly, I found all of it scary and thought I would never be able to do each of the runs. I am now on week 9. Just follow the program, trust in what it says and you will achieve
Aye Polly I think each and every one of us have been a bit scared, scared of the run we're about to do and scared about the run we've got to do next.
But you know what we all keep going out and doing it, the programme is designed to be challenging but also achievable, something fell into place for me I think at the end of week 5 and I stopped being frightened and you know what today I ran r1 of w9
So go forward with confidence cos if this slightly overweight 59 year old ex smoker can do it so can you
