Wow!! If you would have told me on week one that I would be able to get this far I would have never believed you due to how much of a struggle I found it to run for just 1 min in the 1st week... Bit I've just completed wk4r3 and I'm over the moon... Already looking forward to my 1st run on wk 5..... I fee so proud of myself for sticking with it even when I've been feeling really deflated with it an myself .. I'm hooked now that I have learned that it's not all about speed but pace . I can go as slow as I like aslong as I don't stop which in turn has also helped me build speed without putting pressure on myself.. I've never EVER felt so good!!!! Hope everyone as a lovely weekend x

Hey, well done Wiganspud! This is a great programme isn't it? I'm still battling at the start of Week 4 but I know just what you mean, the sense of achievement and feelings of euphoria you get on completing things is irreplaceable. Enjoy your well earned rest days and good luck with Week 5 and beyond!

What a wonderful thing to read, well done you, be proud. That first run was an eye opener for all of us wasn’t it? puffing and panting our way through the one minute runs

Fantastic. Well done you. Slow is good! Enjoy week5 :-)

This is so lovely to read! Well done you. Your own pace is so important as you can maintain it in every run. I'm pretty slow too but we keep going and that's what it's all about. Good luck next week! Keep believing. Miles over speed 😊
