Yesss! Finally! I have completed c25k. Only managed just over 3k but it's all about the duration at this stage, isn't it. I couldn't run 30 seconds at the beginning of the year and here I am, a middle-aged tortoise and c25k graduate (at the umpteenth attempt)
Can't stop smiling

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥇👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🐢🐢🎈🎉I don't care if I only cover 2km, I just need to get to the magic 30! Actually 20 tomorrow morning is my more immediate goal. Well done and keep going.😀😀😀
Good question. I want to carry on with my three times a week jog/run and see if I can build up my stamina so that I can go a bit faster and cover more ground. I mean, it's great being a tortoise and all that, but I hope to build on what I've done so far. Next weekend I'll be taking part in the Women's Running 5k at Southampton Common. I signed up for it at the end of January! Then maybe the Race for Life in July. One thing's for sure, now that I've started I'm not planning to stop! The only teeny regret I have is that I waited until I was into my 50s to get into running. I'm loving it.
