I've been lurking this site ever since I began my journey and run by run I've checked how other runners are doing ~ well tonight it's time to break the silence ... this grandma is now officially a graduate of the C25K
To anyone starting the program I would like to say:-
Believe in yourself, you are strong, get out there and get to know the 'real you' the runner inside is waiting to take you on an amazing adventure xx

I’m a running Nan as well I love it when grandad brings them to cheer me on at Parkrun.
They get so excited when they see me coming and the little one runs along on the field beside me
how sweet to have another (impressionable) generation supporting you on your running journey <3
