This morning has seen me complete the C25k programme and I am so pleased and proud of myself. This has probably been the hardest challenge I have ever undertaken but I've done it. I would like to thank everyone who has provided support and encouragement on this journey and if I can do it as a non running 56 year old then anyone can do it.
