Well, when I started c25k I did not honestly believe that I would ever run 5k. But tonight I went out on my final run and I did indeed manage 5k. I am amazed since I really have never run before this programme,I am naturally lazy and I love chocolate. Thank you so much c25k and I will be heading on to c25k+.
