So how I did it, I will probably never know. I'm home again now, after a full 20 minute run with zero stops and zero walking, and an additional 5 minutes of huffing and puffing extensively, and a face like a blotchy tomato, but somehow I made it through. This is the hardest thing I've done for and to myself in probably 15 years. I almost cried at the end and phoned my mum, screaming "TWENTY MINUTES! TWENTY MINUTES!" until she could finally make out what I was saying.
Thanks to all before me who posted their W5R3 success stories - you are what made me believe I could do it too.

Crying is good and we Mums? We do learn child squeal quite early on....π
Now..I know I am always saying it..you little runner you..but take next week gently..it has the ability to unnerve some folk..but...you can do it..you are ready for it π
Thanks Oldfloss ! I actually have no idea what to expect of W6, W5R3 has always been this huge mountain standing in my way of seeing the other side... but now I've reached the top and I'm ready for the next one.
kaboom indeed excellent well done , i rang my hubby when i had done it lol , ive just done w6r3 , 25 mins and never ever thought i would do it , be careful of week 6 its a slippery lil bugger x
Keep going I'm on week 3 as well found it ok had two runs and said half way there thought I'd missed something but realised runs were longer it was a beautiful morning yesterday along curbar edge
