I did it :-)) ran for twenty minutes with no stopping. I had to slow down a little bit after about 10 minutes but I was still running. Do I need to repeat W5R3 or can I move on? It was not clear from Laura at the end of the podcast. I feel ready to move on but don't want to if I have to repeat it.

Thats excellent, thats my next run. If you completed the run and if you feel you want to move on then thats what you should do, but if you want to repeat it you can. :-)

Good luck with your next run. :-)

Well done, it is the scariest run of the program! Move on if you are comfortable with it.

You are ready to move on, after all you ran for 20 minutes, It does not matter how fast you go in any week the important thing is to not stop and keep running until until Laura tells you to stop

Well done on your achievement, go steady on week 6 run 1 alot of people find it quite difficult, but slow and steady is the way forward.

Well done! I went slow all the way through everything (and am still slow as a graduate) but I can run, and I'm gradually building up a little bit more pace. The important bit is being active, rather than how fast you're going - but if you want to do it again faster, that's fine too! :)

Great job with the 20 minutes, at any speed. I did that run at a barely-there shuffle-jog that was pretty much the same speed as my brisk walking pace. Just do the minutes and move on to the next one.

I'm going to do that one tonight and firmly believe it dosnt matter how fast you run as long as you run, congratulations on completing it, I must admit I'm a bit nervous, keep it up your doing great

I did mine Tuesday and I understand why you wonder if you have to repeat - its Laura's little speech at the end along the lines of 'not worrying if you had failed and to try again'. I can understand why it's there as I did it on my second attempt and I did feel disappointed after the first when i didnt complete but I wanted fireworks and klaxons for managing it this time! :-) W6R1 later today - move aside I'm coming through...
