Rosie hun. NO i do not always feel so positive...its only when i actually finish each run (No matter how fast or slow i run) that i get the positive head on.

We all have reasons for starting this routine...KEEP yours in mind and GO FOR IT!!

HI Rosie, I've found it's perfectly normal to struggle to motivate myself to go out for a run or feel like some runs are really hard. There's all kinds of factors...life gets in the way, it's raining, tough day at work...or none of those. It's not easy but it's worth it when you complete each run bit by bit. You can always come to these blogs and borrow some positivity if you need to :)

Well done for getting to Wk2R2!

Rosie, you may be feeling tired. You may be thinking you can't do it. You may be wondering what on earth you're doing. But read the posts on here and take inspiration. Pretty much all of us struggled from the first run, sure we were deluding ourselves. But in the weeks to come you will find you CAN do it. And even more amazingly (in my case at least) you'll find you're enjoying it. The sense of pride you will feel in yourself is fantastic. You just can't buy the sense of achievement you will feel as each task is completed. i wheezed and gasped through W1R1 and tomorrow I will run (ok, slowly jog) for 25 minutes. Take that to all the people who doubted me! And you will feel the same way too, just believe in yourself!
