Nice steady pace for 18 minutes then the grandstand finish, breaking the tape at 10.2 kph - that's fast for my little legs believe me. Onwards and upwards w6 here I come

Just been out myself and had a very chillled out run in contrast, it was one of the headspace podcasts, super chilled. I almost forgot I was running for a split second... very surreal! feeling nice and relaxed now 😁 good stuff 👍
