Well I finally made it to this one.

Certainly wasn’t looking forward to it. I knew it was only four minutes more running than W5R2 but the fact that there was no walk in the middle made it seem a huge step.

Still, went out this morning and managed it - much to my amazement!

Week 6 here I come!!! Mind you, could do with windscreen wipers for my glasses when running in the rain 😁

Well done, if you trust the programme it can work miracles! What a great way to end the week.

If someone had told me that I would run for 20 minutes even as recently as six months ago, I would have laughed at them. And if I can do it after almost 40 years of no proper exercise, then anyone can!

It’s a fantastic feeling. Trust in the program and you’ll do it.

Somehow the step up in Week 6 doesn't seem so big

Well you already know you can do the 20 so 25 doesn't seem like a huge step up.
