Here is my chuffed to bits face. πŸ˜‚

Been really looking forward to this run. Woke up knowing that it was going to be a not so great run. My legs already felt tired and heavy, damn varicose veins. My support stockings didn't take the edge off, but I really really wanted to do this run.

First 5 minutes were uncomfortable, next five was as slow as I could go, I actually thought a few times they were going to stop despite my insistence that they kept on moving. Third 5 minutes got gradually easier and finally found the sweet spot and managed to up the pace for the last five minutes which were exhilarating!

Well I never! Twenty minutes in the bag. Go me!

Earning a well deserved chilled out ten minutes in the garden enjoying the morning sun before a shower.

Well done Trixabelle! Interesting to hear how it went. I will be doing W5 R3 tomorrow. It’s definitely getting serious now!

What happened? Hope you aren't too disheartened, chalk it down to extra experience and try again after a rest day.

Hi TrixabelleB another example of how much stronger mentally we all become, sticking with the desire to achieve our goals and banishing those negative thoughts, enjoy the feeling!
