Couch to 5K

Week 1, run 2

About to step out and complete my second run for the week before my CBT therapist phones me. Seeing as it's also mental health awareness week it seems fitting to let other sufferers like myself know that you're not alone and remember the race to conquering mental health is a marathon and not a sprint.

Shout out to C25K for making me realise that. Happy running everyone! ☺️

The biggest surprise for me when doing C25K was the enormous psychological boost, which has stayed so me for years.

Hence........... keep running, keep smiling.
