I've just completed my last run of my first week (fri-sun-tues) and I'm feeling good. I am a bit nervous about the second week but I will definitely give it a go. If it's too difficult I will complete the first week again. I managed the first week without stopping and I want to keep that trend going. I also bought new headphones which was definitely a good shout, they didn't fall out this time, so all round a good result.

Ah I realise now I've put fri-sun-mon when I meant Tuesday (today). I will be taking two rest days before my next run as well because fri-sun-tues works well for me
