I managed to complete my first week in just over a week! Today I will begin week two. I am taking slightly longer than three runs a week so I do feel I need to ramp it up a bit so I don't lose momentum. But still feeling motivated to continue, just finding the time during the week and motivation to get out at the weekend more challenging. Plus my earphones broke! Any excuse!

I understand the earphone issue. I now have a couple of cheap pairs spare as I can’t run without them. The sound of my own heavy breathing makes me start to panic. You’re doing amazing! Keep going.

It is hard sometimes, but just make sure you keep it up, however you manage to fit it around your life. If it takes a little longer, so what? Don't feel pressure to complete more quickly than you are able to - as long as you go with the programme, and keep progressing, you'll get there in the end.
