I've just done the third run of week 1 today. It was easier than the first one. So that's good news. Tomorrow I'm gonna take a rest day, well I have Zumba but that's still kind of a rest. Monday in the start of week 2. Can't wait

I love dancing so even though it's hard, I find it very fun. Still has me sweating buckets though
