Just finished W1 R3 and after following the advice on the forum to slow down a bit and shorten my stride if feeling the pace I managed to complete W1 R3 relatively successfully I have a couple of days rest now due to work commitments so will begin W2 on Friday all being well.

Well done, I did the same, W1 R3 tonight and definitely found it easier than the 1st 2. That may also have been a less hilly route though 😀

Great job... finding that happy pace isn’t easy at the start, but now you’re there or thereabouts it will take you far. Your legs will love a two day break, have fun on Friday.
