Way to go, I've done a lot of treadmill running, if it works for you then go for it. Onwards and Upwards to week 2!

Good Luck

Looking forward to it, I find on the treadmill I keep a steady 4 mph walk but only jog at 6 mph , not sure if that's fast enough but i'm bound to get quicker as time passes

6 mph is 3 miles in 30 minutes which 4.82 km so fast enough but I would not worry about speed just concentrate on running for the time, although called C25K the primary goal is run for 30 minutes non stop rather than 5k :)

My 30 mins non stop goal is a few weeks in the future but I've definately got my sights on it :)

Thx :)

Welcome to the community and job well done!! I'm doing it on the treadmill, too, but will be taking it outside next week (weather's going to be nice for the next few days--finally!) Hope to hear more from you!

Thx :). I'm hoping to keep my blogs going for the full 9 weeks and beyond although they will probably get shorter lol

Blog when you can and when you feel like sharing...then, it's not a "job" to do...this community is forgiving, lol! (but do read often, these blogs are a great source of encouragement!)
