Got my physio appointment tomorrow for my dodgy knee. Wore heeled boots today and felt it pull a bit so a wild guess at some muscle ligament type over stretching issue or something. We will see tomorrow finally

Got some strengthening exercises to do and go back in 3 weeks. Happy with how it went. My physio is a runner so know I'm getting good advice
